Composite decking might just be the future

Consider Composite decking to replace a tired old patio or even instead of regular softwood decking.

It will be more expensive per square metre but it will be easier on little feet – no splinters, it will also look after itself, with no need for re-staining and all fixings are hidden from sight.

It needs only a regular wood framework to sit on.

We recommend Trex they will provide samples for free and we consider them the best on the market.

Take a look this recent project and how we utilised Trex deck boards to surround a swimming pool, due to it being impervious to water, it’s more effective than hard or soft wood deck boards.

Don’t put gravel next to grass!

Ensure you have a barrier between a gravel / shingle path way or feature and your lawn to ensure the gravel or shingle does not get into your grass and cause issues with your lawn mowing!
