Composite decking might just be the future
Consider Composite decking to replace a tired old patio or even instead of regular softwood decking.
It will be more expensive per square metre but it will be easier on little feet – no splinters, it will also look after itself, with no need for re-staining and all fixings are hidden from sight.
It needs only a regular wood framework to sit on.
