We build timber rooms that are like having a room from your house in the garden, as the rooms are completely insulated they have many, we can even put a bathroom in them so they can be lived in.

Demolishing Existing Outbuildings

If you have an old outbuilding or summerhouse we can dismantle and clear away to leave you with a clear site, we work closely with an electrician so if theres electrics they can easily be taken care of.

Running Services

If you need power, water, drainage or internet cables run to your garden room we can do this for you, we can run all services so there ready to be connected up by the engineers we work with to keep it hassle free for you

Planning Permission

There are certain guidelines set out by the councils for garden buildings, if you need to go over them you will need to apply for planning permission, we can do this for you by submitting the plans to the local planning department, a certificate of lawfulness can also be purchased for added peace of mind 

  • Pricing

    A bepoke cedar clad garden room is around £1000 per m2, if you wanted a bathroom or a big set of bi fold doors this will add to the cost, but if you wanted to get the cost down we could use thermoboard or treated softwood cladding that could either be left to weather or painted
